Best smartwatch 2019-20 - Top rated watches for fitness, running, android and ios
The best smartwatch is more than a way to get smartphone notifications on your wrist. Everything in the device is a must-have: a fitness tracker, a wallet and even a phone. Although smartwatches have existed for a long, long time, they have only recently entered the mainstream. Amidst all this, there is the consumer mentality that still believes that traditional, analog clocks are the way, the better they are crafted with great precision, as well as perfection. This has given rise to many debates as to how the smartwatch does not exist or is considered a restriction of the wristwatch concept. So, here are some of the best-picked smartwatches -
AMAZFIT BIP LITE 3ATM
Let's review to the amaze fit bit light SmartWatch. This
watch SmartWatch is all about and what it can do this is the lite version and
looking at the back of the box there are already a few specs but I'll show you
this in detail.
1. 1. The Bip Lite works with both Amazfit app as well
as the Mi Fit app. It connects over Bluetooth for transferring data to the
companion app where you can view it in an easy to understand graphical format.
Like any smartwatch, the Bip Lite also tracks your activity and sleep. There is
also an option to track your heart rate including a continuous heart rate
tracking option but keep in mind this impacts the battery life.
2. 2. Now, although the
Bip Lite doesn’t come with built-in GPS, it did lock on to the signal from my
phone in a jiffy. So, you’ll be able to map your runs easily with the watch and
view the results on your smartphone using the companion app. Unfortunately,
once you start an activity, you’ll have to wait for it to end in order to use
other features of the watch. What’s more, the smartwatch doesn’t feature music
controls either, so you’ll have to use your earphone’s in-line remote or the
phone itself to shuffle between tracks.
3. 3. In addition to these, it also has Idle alert
that vibrates when you are inactive for 1 hour and do not disturb (DND) that
disables all notifications from your phone during the period of time you set.
There are only limited watch faces available on the watch, but third-party watch
face apps for more.
So let's start 45 days bear to realize that's it see you
later thank you very much for watching just kidding guys so 45 days of battery
life you got three different colors for this watch there is a beige a black and
the light blue any of the three calls, in my opinion, look really good this much
watch only whites 32 grams very lightweight and the bendy is made of silicon
with 20 mil width on the back you can see the heart rate monitor and on the
side as the crown and works as a button as well so let's press it let's power
this on using the button on the side and you are presented with these logo
means you need to pair it with your phone soon as you pair with your phone you
get two hours you get everything correct accordingly the app you need to
download the me feet up available for Android and iOS and here you'll be able
to pair watch with your smartphone so just press watch pick the model and
that's it that's all we need to do this watch uses bluetooth 4.2 connectivity
so there you go just need to accept and that's it it will pick up your language
and the die to date everything so the phone will be paired with your new smart
watch pretty simple to do anyone can do it ends right out of the box the Smart
Watch ask for a firmware update so you don't need to worry about that just let
it run as you can see here updating it will ask for time to time which is
always a good thing while the watch is doing the updates there's one more thing
in the box which is the watch charger in comparison to the other watches that
you see on the market. MI band watch’s charger is pretty nice I must say
although the battery will last forever a month and a half 45 days the charger
is pretty good let's take it out of the box and put it to the side for now
that's all the instruction manual in the box let's put it there and that's it
that's all you get for the price you can ask for more remember guys the case of
this watch is made out of a pile of carbonate casing and a glass it's a Gorilla
Glass 3 with reinforced glass so to charge a watch plug the charge into a USB
power source can be a power bank could be those wall sockets with the USB plug
just plug it there get your watch put it into the charger press it on and
that's it the watch is charging it will take two and a half hours to fully
charge these watch you can leave it on your bedside table like that and it's a
nice it's a nice Mouse known as a charger in terms of the app that you used all
on your phone to control the watch and see every activity every sport activity
calls notifications all that good stuff so let me show really quick so you got
the notification here you'll see the percentage of the battery there you got
the alarm you can set which app do you want a notification to be turned on/off
on your SmartWatch, there is also an auto alert so you can set the watch to
alert you if you stand for too long find watch it will ring I mean vibrate the
watch doesn't drink only vibrate but you got the other way around I'll show
that in a minute you also have this disco ball mode that I never used to be
honest with you you can set which wrist you're using the watch left alright and
of course one of the nice features of the watch the heart rate monitor heart
rate detection then you can set different settings the water alert if it goes
too high etc that's something you need to play with over here on this menu
you can choose a different watch face through the app normally the brand will
really some more but at the moment I'm doing this review this is all you get
which is not bad, to be honest, remember guys this watch also has a very handy
sleep tracking sweet tracking monitor I know you call it that will track your
sleep regarding the co notifications if someone rings your phone you will see
the person who's ringing you and available to reject the call or just ignore it
the watch won't produce any sound only vibrate the same thing happens when you set
your alarm only vibration if for some reason you miss the call in a vibration
you can see the notification on the watch, later on, you can see the missed call
from the person who was and you also be able to clear it and if someone sends
you the message.

guys moving on the watch has a cool display 1.20 inch always on display so we
were able to see the time no matter what even on sign on bright sunlight as you
can see here so the watch is off there's no backlight here but you can see the
time perfectly you can see your heart rate your steps and in my honest opinion
it does look good on the wrist this will look cheap the case looks good the
polycarbonate casing glass on the front yeah not bad the always-on display does
the trick very very well then if you guys can see the sunshine is shining right
there and you can see it very well let's move back here to the shadow yeah so
far so good no complaints here whatsoever this watch remember guys there's a
full touch screen face so you can use the button to turn the light on or you
can use the full face of the watch navigate through the menus let me show the
menus here so you have the status we'll be able to see your steps your art
right your distance and calorie burn through the day you have your activity
this is a sports watch so you have the outdoor treadmill cycling walking
activity history and activity settings so you can set your heart rate alert
this sorry Arthur it art rate alert so it will get a notification if your heart
rate goes too high pace alert distance alert pretty good stuff here very
comprehensive to start an activity just go to the sport it will use your phone
as a GPS to set your GPS there you go just need to start your exercise you see
a timeline you see a distance you see the speed step count depending on the
sports you have different options and to stop just pressing out and end your
exercise alongside the Sports Activity Monitor you have the weather depending
on your location and also it will give you a provision for the next days with
the temperature as well you also have an alarm so you can say 2 weekdays every
day week and you also have time we can have a stopwatch as well countdown and
the settings of the watch inside the settings you can also choose a different
watch face let me show you what we have here I have this one retro style
another one with big numbers very messy one in my opinion plenty to choose from
and remember there's more inside the app also inside the settings you can set
what a long press on the button will do for example go directly to the exercise
or turn off the watch there's also the brightness of the watch this is not even
full brightness there you go nice feature find the device of the phone will
ring and finally about to watch where you can see your firmware and Bluetooth
address and that's it for the menus guys now watch yourself, of course, this is
my opinion you guys should have you around I think it looks pretty good over
here there's a quick release for the strap three ATMs means 30 meters in the
water resistance really good stuff this has a 200 milliamps battery
capacity always on glass display with backlight if you really want to use it
when you read lift your wrist it will light up as well if you set that on the
up settings yeah nice watching my opinion, of course, nice features 45 days of
battery life sleep tracking heart rate monitor multi-sports tracking yeah it's
not bad the resolution could be slightly better but overall I think it's a very
nice SmartWatch.
Fast Track reflex 2.0
We're going to be reviewing the fast track reflex 2.0. I am
going to be doing a full in-depth review.

Fastrack Reflex
Quick Guide and Manual
Review
So it is the fast track reflex watch which is launched so
now let's move on to the main review so this is divided into three parts the
things that are not about this watch and the features of this watch the things that I absolutely hate about this watch and the final overview so this watch is a smart fitness fan which tracks your steps calories burned and distance worked every day it also connects to your smartphone by the fast-track reflex apps and then give you all the notifications and the calls right on your watch so this watch also has a sleep tracker which tracks the number of hours you slept with light sleep and also deep sleep this watch has an OLED display which is very bright and can be seen easily in the Sun it is also IPS x6 water-resistant that means that you can go with a lot of splashes without this watch being damaged so this watch has a battery life of 10 days which in my opinion is pretty good it also charges via a USB port which can be plugged directly into your computer so you don't need any additional wires you can also say where's alarms and sanitary reminders which tell you to go out to work out if you're being lazy Apple now I'll go out for a short run and let's see results the price
of this watch etc and the colors that are available in this one are
black which is this one with the secondary color of the green which looks
really cool and stylish and appearing the other two colors are dark blue and
grey which does not look appealing at all so when we use this watch we see that
there is a touch screen it is a touch screen OLED touchscreen and you just tap
it here and it turns on then first of all it shows you the time the next mode
shows you the steps walked so after the run I got four 1437 steps then shows
you the calories then the distance so I ran for one kilometer then it shows you
the timer and the stopwatch then it is the goal if you set on the goal on the
fast track reflex app if you set like 10,000 steps 20,000 steps so it shows you
like I have just got 11 percent of my goal achieved then this is also the goal
then the next is the reminder which is currently off but when you set it
shows you the time then is the switch between the night mode and the day mode
in the night mode the sleep tracker gets on and then you can track it and so
you just hold it for like 10 seconds and it turns on to night mode and that's
pretty much it so this watch is pretty good now let's move on ahead into the
review but there are two things and I do not like about this watch at all first
of all the things that made the different from the leaf next one are mainly do
things the camera control and the location for the camera control allows you to
take pictures directly from your watch that are stored into your phone gallery
the locadia food is when your phone gets lost or you can't find it then it can
easily track your phone now I don't know how because these two features are not
yet implemented in the faster app so that's a major flaw the other thing is the
battery life now you may think 10 days of battery life is more than enough but
if your smartphone is connected to your watch then bring that flat battery life
down to 5 or 4 days that is way too less compared to the me man 2 which is the
main competitor of this watch which has a battery life of about 20 days so at
that at those two points the reflex falls short but should you upgrade is the
question if you already have a SmartWatch then there is no point in upgrade but
if you do not have a SmartWatch already then you must buy this as it is very accurate
and tracks all your data very accurately.
Design and Hardware
Reflex has a core unit that fits in silicon bands that come
in double colors. Our review unit was black from outside and red from inside.
It also comes in purple and blue colors. The band has a tough construction,
although it is heavy and has a wide textured strap. It looks quite big when you
wear it and will take a lot of bulk, especially on those with smaller wrists.
However, some users may prefer the rugged look.
The band measures 47.10 x 22.5x 12.5mm so it is big, but is
lightweight. The holes in the band are perfect and two clasps made of aluminum
alloy holds the band securely so it doesn’t come out unless you pull it.
Pros
· OLED screen is good
·
Water-Resistant
·
Decent battery life
Cons
·
Unattractive Design and app UI
·
No heart rate sensor
·
Inaccurate sleep monitoring
FITBIT CHARGER 3
Here are some few points related to Fitbit Charger 3
- . The pebble is now made of aluminum instead of steel and is much lighter. One notable change is an inductor rather than a physical button on the left edge, marked only by an indentation. We found that this new button is working with the old physical button
- The vertical display is now 40 percent larger and fully touchscreen rather than only being able to tap. This allows you to scroll up, down, and side through more detailed menus on a screen that can now display grayscale to improve animations (for example, when you hit your 10,000 steps). And daylight visibility.
- . Another extremely useful feature of the Fitbit Charge 3 is its waterproof design, but more on this later. Overall, the Fitbit Charge 3 is more at rest, but it leaves you wanting for more, especially in terms of performance.
Going over the physical features first let's see how it
looks on your wrist the factory band still feels good although it might be a
little stiffer than the last generation it's still secure though with this
latching strap that they use and I personally haven't had any kind of
irritation you can be the judge if this looks good to you or not now you can
change the bands without any tools just use your finger to press and release
and swap them out for something maybe more colorful maybe a different texture
your call the screen is hands-down Fitbit's best on the chart series that test
this in bright sunlight and it's very much visible I know the footage on camera
isn't the best but in person it's bright the stock screen is large with your
steps up top the time and below is your heart rate reading more on the accuracy
of that later now we're clearly not at a smartphone touch responsiveness but
it's greatly improved and it feels close enough I'm flipping through the screen
so you have to keep in mind the touch area is still quite small though and you
have to somewhat exaggerate the movement or distance to ensure a swipe
everyone's familiar with their smartphone sensitivity so I just wanted to point
out it's just slightly different on this either or you're not gonna get pissed
off and initiate that return at least I don't think so so let's see what we
have swiping up shows you a better life steps taken and how many steps you have
taken towards your hourly goal mine is at back 250 which I need to get better
at here your heart rate reading with heart rate zones split into four different
quadrants if you will estimate distance calories burned flights of stairs
climb with a little staircase icon and your active minutes last but not least
here is your sleep tracker which I love now using this highly responsive and
practical pressure-sensitive button on the left side is simply refreshing here
it's merely used as a back button but with each press, you feel a little
vibration it's satisfying to use in a non-creepy way that is but since we're on
the home screen here let's swipe down now this is really cool and finally we
have notifications which allows for a lot more text to be shown no more
limitation - a brief summary now it's just a bigger summary during my time
testing most people's text messages including messenger allo and Google
Hangouts can be read in its entirety. Since most people don't send paragraphs
with text anymore unless you're my ex or so I know you watch it leave me alone
but it's the same with emails and the other random notifications and yes within
the Fitbit app you can decide which notifications you want to come in and which
ones you don't it's pretty awesome now from the home screen swipe engrain gives
you exercise which continues to break down further with workout profiles like
running biking swimming treadmills interval training weights etc and there's
more that you can configure within the app and with some exercises like running
as an example, if you aren't carrying your phone with you the Fitbit charge 3 is
able to use your phone's GPS to record and display your distance and pace and
keep in mind it's also much more accurate to use running as an example again
you can set a goal that you want to achieve distance time or calories burned if
not just start the activity the Fitbit will attempt to find your phones for GPS
which is usually quick from my testing.
Pros
·
Comfortable and lightweight
·
Waterproof
·
Great battery life
Cons
·
No GPS
·
Unresponsive screen
·
Not compatible with all Android devices
Basically then you're
off running now while running you have information such as distance so far pace
which is a huge plus and duration swiping on this screen you have pace average
heart rate with heart rate zones calories burned steps taken and the time and
what I particularly didn't like when you accidentally start an activity and
decide you don't want to record it you have no way of deleting it I wish Fitbit
would recognize this as a workout that was a little too short or simply just
ask me would you like to save this activity instead of forcing me to save it
and then possibly sifting through this data or clutter later and then deleting
it not a big deal but there's times where you start a run I would fit over my
Bluetooth earphones and then it records that time is essentially your pace
which is all screwed up and such I want to start over you don't want that in
your data all right so back onto the main screen here there's a feature for you
to breathe in and out with the relax app boosts basically next is a stopwatch
and countdown I know many like having I'm the riskier backing out alarms which
is during my testing this is hands-down one of the best it's rare that I get
even a SmartWatch this strong hear that vibrations I believe are enough to wake
up moderate to maybe even deep sleepers but I do know the sensation is much
stronger than most activity trackers and smartwatches out there for alerting me
without waking up or bothering those next to me now for those who are wondering
at the time this video I do have the newest update which includes the ability
to sent quick replies back with a predetermined message at the moment this only
works on Android and with my testing it's convenient when a family member or so
reaches out and you want to tell them hold on or give me a second you can
customize what message you want to send within the app - you don't have to use
the defaults now the other new feature is being able to accept and reject phone
calls with a checkmark or an X respectively not a test distance and surprisingly
I'm able to still receive a call notification from 40 linear feet away the only
issue though I encountered when testing is it only buzzes twice and then it
stops so if I'm not aware of the vibration initially on my wrist and might miss
it all together and seconds if I have my phone on vibrate and a phone call
comes in a charge 3 doesn't vibrate at all that's weird now after the rejection
you can send a quick text message as well as you can of course accept a phone
call but keep in mind when you do accept it though there are no microphones on
the activity band itself you can't talk into it like a SmartWatch the phone
activates so be sure that your phone is not in your coat or your butt or
whatever it may be now last but not least is the weather app which gives me
both the highs and lows with an icon indicating what's happening for the day
sadly I can't tap on today's date and get an hourly breakdown nonetheless the
weather app is so pretty handy last but at least our settings brightness and
left on auto and Good Vibrations by Marky-mark I left on normal not strong that
is so with all those features being mentioned how did my test perform here goes
Fitbit claims up to seven days of battery life I personally am averaging six days
and eighteen hours battery life is phenomenal for an activity tracker the
Fitbit is also water-resistant up to 50 meters and perfectly fine for swimming
and use in the shower getting caught in the rain earlier in the week and
simply dunking this in water the band has been perfectly fine now the auto
exercise feature do work especially if you're walking around let's say window
shopping or so thank activity is tracked and everything is accounted for even if
you do forget now keep in mind every activity needs to be performed for a minimum
of ten minutes before Fitbit auto records it as an exercise for example if you
can't keep a consistent run for more than 10 minutes the activity is still
tracked but it won't be labeled as an exercise now sleep tracking has been
accurate for me and I love the data that app accumulates over time I know I
sleep quite late and wake up quite late too but all that matters is what you do
during the moment that you're upright but anyways the Fitbit products produce
times you are awake there are REM sleep light and deep sleep and again it's been
accurate the syncing seems to have improved quite a bit as well I did have
trouble setting it up on my phone initially for some reason but after I leave
EA that turning it on and off and resetting stuff after the charge delivers
paired I notice my phone would sync with the band automatically every 10 20 or
30 minutes or so either or want to check it the stats are relatively up-to-date
now as for heart rate tracking I always use my chest straps as a comparison as
they've been reliable time and time again and provide a lot smoother and
consistent data so with my testing the Fitbit charge 3 still provides what I
deemed generic heart rate performance you can see my test on-screen as proof
here now with a consistent run that data and accuracy is within reason for a
risk-based heart rate tracker if you're doing interval runs I noticed that
deviations can be as high as 10 when the activity is somewhat intense with my
assessment and comparing fitness trackers and smartwatches over the years a
charge 3 again so falls in that generic category it's still accurate and good
for resting heart rate measurements daily heart rate measurements throughout
the day those who want to monitor their heart health in a general sense and to
those who perform runs that are a consistent pace the deviation only gets
really wide when again you're doing more intense workouts hopefully that clears
it up for you guys so over on the charge three still retains its activity
tracking status and this doesn't necessarily blur the lines of a SmartWatch
it's getting closer but again fighting tivity band it's perfectly fine that's
what the more expensive versa and the ionic is for if you're looking for smart
features but for an activity tracker this is hands-down one of the best for how
well it works what offers and it's performance for everyday use overall if
you're considering the charge three hands down it is worth it alright folks be
sure to and of course fire emojis light up that cab expected.
Honor Band 4
let's talk about the Honor Band 4. Let's have a quick peek
into its specifications. It comes with a 2.5D 0.95 inch AMOLED display and
weighs 23 grams. It packs 100mAH battery and works on Low Energy Bluetooth 4.2.
Apart for these specifications the Honor Band 4 also has the following sensors.
1.
A Pedometer sensor for tracking your steps, an
IR sensor which detects if you're wearing the banner not, 6-Axis sensor for
detecting the movement of your hand and a Heart rate sensor for detecting your
heartrate.
2.
It also has sleep and exercise trackers. Also
this Band 4 is scratch and water-resistant.
The Honor Band 4 comes with a touch screen
and a touch-capacitive button. To the back of the band we have heart-rate
sensor visible and other sensors. We have these pins for the charger adapter.
Apart from the dial, we have a removable rubber strap and a plastic buckle. On
a whole we don't have an issues wearing the band. The dial is of medium size
not small or big and doesn't feel heavy. The strap is thinner and shorter than
the old Honor Band 3 and it won't last longer if you use it with water for
longer times.
Features of Honor Band
1.
If you swipe down the screen you have Step
Count, Heart Rate, Sleep tracking Workout, AliPay, More and Messages sections.
2.
When you click on step count, it shows you a
number of steps taken, calories burned, distance walked in kilometers, active
time and time spent sitting. Regarding its accuracy, it is accurate most of the
time. In Heart rate, it takes you around 45 seconds and shows you 10 readings
of your heart rate in beats per minute - BPM. Sleep tracking just displays the
number of hours you slept but in the app it shows you metrics such as Deep
Sleep, Light Sleep, REM sleep etc.
3.
The workout option you can select the workout
you want to track. You can track Outdoor Run, Indoor Run, Outdoor walk Indoor
Cycle, Pool Swim and Free Training. In each workout you can set targets such as
distance, duration, calories and you can set alerts for the same.
After setting targets and alerts you can start
tracking your workout by clicking on the button below. When you start tracking
your work out the band continuously monitors your heart rate. You can stop the
workout by long pressing the button. A short summary of the workout will be
displayed on the band. And AliPay, it was all written in Chinese initially. By
using Google Translate I was able to read the instructions and install the
AliPay app on my mobile. After signing up for AliPay, I linked my band with the
app and was able to generate this QR code. You can use this QR code or barcode
to scan and pay. But as of now AliPay and Scan and Pay features are available
only for a few countries such as China and Singapore. In the more section you
have option to customize your watch Faces, Find phone, Timer, Stopwatch,
Brightness, Reset, Restart, Power Off and etc. You can customize your watch
faces up to three styles and these are the following. If your phone is
connected to the band at the moment, you can use Find Phone option to find your
phone. Your phone rings after you hit "Find Phone" on the band, the timer and Stopwatch options work fine. And with the Brightness
option you can adjust the brightness of your band up to three levels. And we
have options to Power Off and Restart. In the messages section we have
notifications from the app we have enabled from the Health App. It usually
works fine and fast for SMS, but when you enable WhatsApp notifications and you
have more messages, the band turns out to be unresponsive. I hope Honor fixes
these issues. Apart from these features, the band vibrates each time you get a
new message and shows you the preview. You can even see who's calling and
hangup the call if you don't want to answer. If you have a Honor phone you can
even control the camera on your phone using the Honor Band and .. We don't have
support to control the music playback as of now. I've been using the band for
more than 20 days. And yes, the Honor Band 4 is absolute value for money.
Firstly you will love the color AMOLED display. It is visible even in bright
sunlight and it is the best among the competition. Secondly, I use the band to
track my workouts and it works great. The Health App shows your workout data in
more detail and gives you the insights you want. As I told earlier the Health
App even shows you Sleep tracking and it even suggests how to improve your
sleep quality. Apart from these, the Health App even provide support to share
your workout data on Google Fit, My Fitness Pal and UP by Jawbone. It also has
an option called Continous Heart Rate Monitoring which continuously monitors
your heart rate every minute. It consumes a lot of battery and I don't
recommend it We also have options to set alarms, set activity reminders and a
few customizations. About the battery, Honor claims you can get 6 days of
battery life with Sleep tracking turned on and 14 days if turned off. I used
the band with Sleep tracking and still managed to get 10 days of battery given
after tracking a few workouts. It takes around one and a half hour to
completely charge the band If you want to see your messages and control your
calls with your band, your phone and your band must be connected by Bluetooth.
And for this the Health App must be running in the background. However, the
Health App does not consume much battery or memory. Finally about pros and
cons, I liked the color display, build quality, workout and sleep tracking and
I'm satisfied with the battery. About the cons, the notification management
must be improved a lot. There are also a few bugs in the Honor Band 4 that must
be fixed. Also the band for doesn't seem to be a worthy upgrade from the Honor
Band 3. It doesn't add much features and the tracking part still remains the
same. About the pricing and value for money, you can consider the Honor Band 3
and Mi Band 3 as its competitors. Let's have a quick comparison between them.
Along the three the Honor Band 4 has a color display and biggest. So, the Honor
Band 4 wins here. And regarding brightness, the Honor Band 4 is the brightest.
If you look at the battery, the Mi Band 3 and the Honor Band 3 are the winners.
Thanks to it's color display, the Honor Band 4 doesn't stand more than 10 days.
In terms of accuracy all the bands are same Also, Honor and Xiaomi are good at
giving updates as well. About the durability the Mi Band 3 and Honor Band 3 are
better than the Honor Band 4, thanks to its thin strap. Also when I had Mi band
3 and Honor Band for side by side I felt the Mi Band 3 faster than the Honor
Band 4. However the Honor Band 4 for isn't that bad either. If you're looking for a fitness tracker or a smart man I
strongly recommend the Honor Band 4.
MI BAND 4
So the mi band 4 has a colorful AMOLED display and an inbuilt
activity launcher which makes it on par with the previous champion on a band 4
but you also have the honor band 5 out there so this raises two important
questions should you buy the me band full or the ona band 5 and most
importantly is it worth upgrading to the Mi band 4 from the Mi band 3 well the
short answer is yes the Mi band 4 is the best value fitness band out there but
with a couple of kv8 so this is Betty from tech wiser calm and as promised this
is tech wise this full review of the knee band 4 let's start with the build
quality first the design has seen a significant improvement compared to the me
band 3 but what really makes me happy is the screen legibility I mean have a
look at both the displays outdoors under direct sunlight now when you pull in
the on a band 5 there is hardly anything to distinguish between them both have
the same colorful AMOLED display which is equally brighter another thing I need
to address is the strap of the band many people claim it to be eg or allergic
I've been using mine for a month and I have no problem of that sorts and for
those who have asked about the amaze Fitbit Lite tries around 3,500 Ayana yes
we will also talk about it in this review so the build of the me band 4 is
definitely improved over me band 3 thus bringing it on par with jana band 5 but
what about the sensors and accuracy you know what you don't review a Fitness
band sitting here at the office so here's around a toque around the track and
these are the data from the misfit whip light me band 4 and the anima and 5 as
you can see all of them are pretty close and just around the mark however there
are occasions when the me band 4 goes haywire and sleeps Midway during the run
this is the time when the data is extremely inaccurate but it has happened to
me only twice in a month of usage so I can give it a pass another interesting
thing is that these fitness bands always boast about swim tracking in their
posters so about time we check it out standing off me band 4 lets you choose
the size of the pool like 25 meter or 50 meter and then you just start swimming
once you're done it will show you the distance lap time and how much calories
you have burned talking about the accuracy views the galaxy watch two tracks
training sessions and the me band four was on par with that and of course on
the me fit app all the data is collected that you can see your progress over time
and the accuracy of the bit light is also on par with these bands however the
bigger screen and always-on display really helps during your workout you can
see much more detail and interacting with the band is easy with the help of
this crown this is the version I would want to stress sleep is an important
part of our lives and until a point of time even I didn't realize that and like
me 70% of the people need to improve the sleep quality and that's a huge number
and these fitness bands might just be the start talking about sleep tracking
both of them are fairly accurate but the honor band has more insights to give
and slightly more accurate in my distinct another tip if you sleep during the
day it has to be more than 3 hours for it to appear in the honor bands sleep
analytics in case of me band it has problems detecting if you sleep in the
daytime but you can always make the sleep tracking better on the move and for
using third-party apps like sleep as Android so far the bass quality and
accuracy really impressed me three cracking fell short compared to the ona band
five but you know that one thing which me went always does better than honor
bands yeah third party apps now they have brought the music control natively in
the me band for previously you would have to use a third party app to do it it
comes in handy while I have to skip the song or increase the volume while I'm
commuting in the metro much better than pulling out the phone from my pocket I
felt this was a much more value added feature than the SP o2 sensor on the ona
band v as much as I was excited about it has no practical usage as of now me
banned for always takes away the cake when you talk about third-party apps all
the previous applications like me tools no defined Fitness work with me banned
for as well but my favorite is gadget bridge it lets you use the me bank for
without the MIFA tap privacy also while you can change watch faces from
third-party apps with the main band 4 but here's the deal with Mi band 4 you
can build your own custom watch face you have thousands of watch faces like
this on the internet so the watch faces are on a band 5 are clearly no comparison
with what you get on the Mi band 4 so which one should you buy I so wanna say
the honor band 5 or even the on a band 4 due to the consistency and reliability
but the me band 4 is more value for money and you cannot ignore the third-party
value addition so I would recommend the Mi band 4 to anyone even if you have a
me band 3 go get it it has better display better sensors and the much-needed
inbuilt activity launcher.
